Who we are

How TNM began.

Restoring hope, raising leaders, and transforming communities through the transforming Gospel.

Our mission and vision for Burundi.

TNM grew from a visit to Burundi and a conviction that Gospel hope belongs beside practical care. The work is grounded in a clear mission and a hopeful picture of what God can restore.

Our mission

Terimbere Nations Ministries exists to proclaim the transformative Gospel, restoring war-torn nations to God-given purpose.

Our vision for Burundi

We envision a Burundi where:

  • Churches are spiritually vibrant and actively making disciples.
  • Youth are equipped to become godly leaders.
  • Families are strengthened and thriving.
  • Communities have access to education and economic opportunities.
  • Leaders serve with integrity, wisdom, and excellence.
  • Hope is restored through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Christ-centered

We proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples through relationships, churches, and community presence.

Why Terimbere

Terimbere is a Kirundi word meaning “move forward.” It is more than our name; it is our mission.

Every life matters

We believe every person is created in the image of God with dignity, purpose, and potential.

  • Every leader can make a difference.
  • Every church can be a force for transformation.
  • Every community can be renewed through the Gospel.

Our theme verse

“Let us rise up and build.” — Nehemiah 2:18
